Look at this... as a kind of tutorial.
A guide for strong people to... to forget.
Forget what is bothering you.
Forget what doesn't let you sleep.Forgotten... for the sake of forgetting.
So... let us begin.
Collect all your feelings that you feel.
Collect all your fears, of the consequences.
Collect all your hate that seethes within you.
Collect all the resentment you hold.
Collect all the grief you feel with it.
Collect everything. Anything you associate with them.
Think of all the times it did you wrong.
Think of all the times it caused you grief.
Think of all the times when it yelled at you.
Think of all the times when you saw hate blaze in your eyes.
Think of all the times when you mourned.
Think of everything. Everything that chains you to it.

You will not withstand the pressure.
In your head voices will scream, eyes will stare and hands will wave.
Everything cries out for salvation and an end...
The powerful emotions, the overwhelming flood of memories...
You will buckle and fall into a comatose state.
Neither dead... nor alive.
Neither there... nor away.
Neither here... nor there.
Neither sleeping... nor awake.
Neither painful... nor numbed.
Neither consciously... or unconsciously.
But do not be afraid! You will wake up.
You will wake up and you will feel yourself in happiness.
You will have forgotten everything. Everything that torments you.
But everything also means everything.
You will forget both the good and the bad.
You will not even be sure if something like this ever existed.
If you remember it, then only as... empty shell.
For example, a person you happened to meet.
Maybe someone who controlled your card in the orbit.
Maybe someone who brought you food in a restaurant.
Maybe somebody who bumped into you on the street.
Who knows...
You can be sure of one.
This person will no longer be a thorn in your side.
Thoughts about this person will be hollow.
You can remember, if at all, their physical characteristics.
They will have no character in your head, no being.
They are only strangers.
But consider...
This... Forced oblivion... Hurt your soul.
Your soul will long for these memories and feelings.
It has grown on them and now to lose them...
That means great damage to it.
And an injured soul will inevitably mean pain.
So use this method only when it threatens to tear your psyche apart.
Because... you do not know how strong your soul is.
If it gains the upper hand, things will come to you in a flash.
Things you wanted to forget.
As soon as you have control again, you will have forgotten it.
But you will know that you knew.
This... Knowing your ignorance is a heavy burden.
Imagine...
You suddenly remember someone who used to be your best friend.
But then... away. You know, something had occurred to you.
Something that could have influenced your life.
But now it has disappeared from you... Away.
Many cannot cope with this burden. They want to reach a state.
A state in which they never remember again.
They glide over, into emptiness.
The emptiness is the worst thing that could happen to you.
You may now get a picture of hell, but far from it.
The emptiness does not mean eternal burning torment.
It is the state of non-being, you will not be able to feel anything...
Not being able to remember...
Not being able to look around you...
It is... the nothing.
You cannot think, because that would be something.
You cannot see, because there is nothing.
You cannot hear, because nobody speaks.
You cannot speak, because nobody hears you.
You cannot feel, because there is nothing.
Nothing is not black.
Nothing is not white.
Nothing is nothing, only even less.

To escape this state, you must resume your life.
Find your happiness, lead a happy life, and thoughts will protect you.
If there is nothing... that could make you happy...
Then only one thing will save you from nothing.
The fear.
Fear of not being.
Fear of not living.
Fear of never having existed.
This fear can protect you from emptiness.
But this fear may as well be this emptiness.
Fear is a sword with two cutting edges.
Use it to instill respect for the emptiness.
But don't use it to scare you and encapsulate you.
Because from this encapsulation you glide all too easily over... into nothingness.

As I always say...
One should not break open locked doors.
Who ignores this, does nobody a favour.
Even if you have only lost the key.
Then you have to answer for that yourself.
And if you do not open your door to others...
then do not expect others to do it differently.
And an open door does not mean reaching your goal.
Even walking through does not mean anything.
You must make an effort to be welcome beyond the door.
If you find a door open, don't rush to it immediately.
Respect that person's openness and hospitality.
Once you have entered... So behave as you would wish for yourself.
Tolerate the peculiarities of the host and try to understand them.
Because remember: You are only a guest, in the life of another.
When you rage about yourself and act selfishly...
Will this person try to forget you.
There are many bad things in life.
But nothing is as bad as being forgotten.
People who have been forgotten are empty.
Empty of hope.
Empty of knowledge.
Empty of joy.
Those who have once been forgotten can, if the door opens again,
sometimes still be rescued... But who does such a thing?
To open the door for someone who has caused pain and suffering...
You had your chance, be glad that you had it.
There is no right to a second. The hope perhaps.
Do you now find the door locked before... Do you have to come to terms with it?
Realise that it is too late to change anything.
Dedicate yourself to new things. Look for new doors and behave better.
Who knows... maybe then you will finally understand it.

That sounds unattractive? Unpleasant? Pain?
Well, that's just the way it is.
That is life.
